Voltaire like to avoid office politics and refuse to fight against others for coveted positions in industry. Find situations where Voltaire can work alone, do Voltaire's own thing, and work at Voltaire's own pace, such as writing, painting, computer programming and so on.
Voltaire are not particularly well suited to a business or commercial life, since these demand a practical nature which Voltaire do not possess. Moreover, many of them entail monotony and routine which would grate very harshly on Voltaire's artistic temperament. Let it be said that, while Voltaire would fail in these directions, there are plenty of occupations in which Voltaire ought to do remarkably well. There are many branches in the world of music where Voltaire would find congenial work. Literature and the drama may be cited as other suitable outlets for Voltaire's talents. Generally speaking, Voltaire have an aptitude for several of the highest professions. The law and medicine may be instanced. But, while mentioning the latter, it must be admitted that some of the pathetic sights which the doctor sees might shake Voltaire's finely-balanced temperament.
Voltaire will have many ups and downs in money matters, but chiefly owing to Voltaire's own rashness and in attempting enterprises beyond Voltaire's power of execution. Voltaire would make a successful company promoter, preacher, orator or organiser. Voltaire will always have the ability to make money but at the same time Voltaire are likely to make bitter enemies in the course of Voltaire's business. Voltaire will be under good conditions for making money in business, industry or enterprise, and Voltaire will have many opportunities of amassing wealth if Voltaire keep control over Voltaire's strong-willed disposition, which at times will be inclined to wreck Voltaire's good fortune by causing expensive litigation and powerful enemies to rise in Voltaire's path. So, Voltaire should try to develop tact in the handling of individuals and avoiding disputes.
